 I’ve spent more than 25 years owning and running companies across the US, UK, and Australia — and I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to build and lead a business that lasts. 

As an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner, I'm proud to have been recognised by my peers - those who know what it takes in entrepreneurship and growth. 


I have navigated all stages of the business lifecycle. From start-up to scale-up, going multinational, then navigating the U.S. financial crisis with a team of more than 150 people, and successfully exited after 10 years - I coach and advise from firsthand experience. 

I now spend my time as an Advisory Board member, coach, speaker and Certified EOS Implementer to growth-oriented Founders and leadership teams.
